It’s holidays (woohoo)

At last my friends the end of the school year (for me anyways) has arrived! To be honest I’ve been looking forward to this time for a while now due to having lost interest in study and or simply being over it. The end of this academic year means I have successfully completed four years of university. It feels like such a long time, yet it’s also gone fast. This also means there is only one year to go!!!!!! Can you believe it? I can’t. Again, only one year and yet, man I still have a whole year to do?!?! Can’t I graduate already? (I have been told I can’t).

Anyhoo, I’ve been on holidays for five days now. Haven’t really got up to much. Little bit of house work and running and work-work. Also finalised enrolment for next year. Blah blah. Next year is going to be pretty full on, we will have 9 weeks of classes to begin the year (which means we practically finish classes in april), then we have 16 weeks of placement unpaid full time work, which is broken into 2 8 week blocks. In between the two placement blocks we have a community research project, which we will have to present at a conference at the end of the year. Over the summer I am going to become a super-mega-awesome-hot nerd and review the assessments, interventions, physiology and anatomy we’ve covered thus to ensure at least some of it sticks in my brain.

Not much else to report on the OT front.

Except, this time in a year I could have an OT job offer.
